International Graduate Leadership Programme

Is it for you?

We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 degree from a university or business school, ideally in Business Administration, International Management or Economics. You must have graduated in the last two years or by the start of the programme, have one other language in addition to business-level English and at least three months of international and six months of commercial work experience. Customer-focused beyond belief, analytical, innovative, entrepreneurial, motivated and professional, you’re keen to prove your leadership qualities from the outset.

The programme

This is a truly international programme where you’ll take part in five 3-month assignments, across different businesses and countries within TUI. You’ll gain great exposure by immersing yourself in day-to-day business activities as well as taking on project work. All of which will be supported by superb training, mentoring and access to global senior managers.

Training and development

Almost nothing can beat the experience you’ll gain from your assignments. However as a future leader, we need to make sure you’re equipped with the tools you’ll need to succeed. You’ll attend four week-long workshops that cover everything from ‘Presenting with Impact’, to ‘Finance’, ‘Leadership Essentials’ and ‘Product Development and Innovation’.  

What next?

We recruit twice a year for intakes in September/October and March/April. Our selection process involves an online application, SWOT analysis, online diagnostics, a phone interview and assessment centres. Find out more and apply.
