Corporate governance

TUI Travel is committed to the highest standards of Corporate Governance and best practice applicable to a company incorporated in England and Wales and listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The Company fosters a strong culture of good governance, including maintaining high ethical standards and strong personal integrity. This is formalised in the Group Code of Conduct which clearly sets out our expectations of all colleagues.

The Company is controlled through its Board of Directors which meets regularly to review the strategy of the Group and is responsible for the overall leadership and control of the Group. The Group Management Board (GMB) is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company.
