Prior to the AGM on 5th February 2009, TUI Travel PLC’s shareholders were consulted regarding how they wished to receive annual reports and other documents. Shareholders elected to receive documents electronically unless we were informed that they wanted to continue to receive printed materials.
TUI Travel PLC will communicate with its shareholders by publishing documents on its company website, and will write to shareholders to inform them of the availability of these documents on the website.
The advantages of communicating electronically in this way are:
- Shareholders receive information quickly and efficiently
- Demand on natural resources is reduced
- Costs to the Company are kept to a minimum
If shareholders wish to receive hard copies of future documents by post, they can do so by writing to:
