Focus
Destination services are provided through a portfolio of destination agencies in 48 countries around the world. With the majority of agencies wholly owned, we also have joint ventures with local partners and minority interest investments. Our online accommodation element has leveraged the Group’s traditional offline content and relationships by distributing content online. Local relationships are key across the Sector.
Divisions
B2B Division
B2B comprises two further divisions - Hotelbeds and Portfolio Management Incoming. It has extensive incoming agencies supporting both the TUI Travel businesses and third party customers and has established positions in markets not only with wholly owned businesses but also by actively pursuing joint ventures with local partners and minority interest investments. This allows far greater geographic reach than would be possible as a fully owned business. ODS is now leveraging its position to distribute accommodation online business-to-business through the Hotelbeds and Bedsonline brands.

Our business to consumer division centres on its market-leading online accommodation retailers Hotelopia, LateRooms.com and AsiaRooms.com. Hotelopia has signed strategic partnerships where it delivers the content and functionality for well-known companies under their own brands while LateRooms and AsiaRooms are leading online price comparators and sellers of hotel rooms (with LateRooms' focus being on the late availability hotel rooms.)
